A staffing company calling itself HRP Staffing, is recruiting via WEBINARS for Executive Recruiters. They take 45 mins to an hour to explain what they do. They say there are only limited opportunites and that not the whole group who attend the Webinar will be accepted.
They make that claim that something in your prompted their interest but in another breath, they say no expeirence in the field is necessary. (In fact the moderator claims to be from the restaurant business.)
They are not offering employment. Rather, for a $199 "training fee", you can start recruiting tomorrow, on your way to make tens of thousands of dollars.
This is a scam in that they contact you as if they are a prospective employer, but they are only trying to sell you their recruiting training program.
Has all the earmarks of a scam. Be careful.
